Our flagship project in Campanhã.

Bouça Ribas is Alto do Monte's flagship development and the most advanced project in the current portfolio. Thirty-seven residential apartments in Campanhã — a Porto district with strong infrastructure investment and direct connectivity to the city center.

Construction commenced January 2026 under a fixed-price contract with Oreco Balgon, with projected completion in Q4 2027. The project secured a 6 M€ Millennium BCP construction loan, and the development team achieved 65% pre-sales (24 of 37 units) before breaking ground — a strong demand signal that de-risks both the construction and sales phases.

Bouça Ribas represents the AdM execution model in its mature form: ring-fenced SPV structure, tier-1 Portuguese bank financing, fixed-price construction contract, and significant pre-sale traction at construction start. It is the project our Canadian investors are most often introduced to first.
