Two days in Montreal - September 2026.
Each year in late September, the Summit convenes investors, advisors, developers, operators, and PropTech founders for a structured two-day program on Portuguese real estate. Plenary keynotes, two parallel tracks, a networking dinner, and the conversations that anchor the year.

Douro Evenings
Eight to twelve invited guests. One topic. Three hours. The year-round rhythm of the Douro Invest relationship.
On the second Tuesday of every month, we host an intimate evening conversation in Toronto. One speaker, one structured topic, dinner with continuing conversation. Attendance is by invitation; repeat attendance is welcome.

Private Gatherings
Confidential dinners for wealth advisors and family offices. On your terms, with the team.
When an advisor or family office wants to introduce qualified clients to the Alto do Monte team in a confidential setting, we host bespoke private dinners — typically four to eight attendees, in a venue of the host's choosing, with the AdM team present.
AN OPERATING SYSTEM
Three formats, one progression.
These three formats are not parallel marketing channels — they feed each other. A first conversation often starts at a Douro Evening in Toronto. Attendees who engage are invited to the Summit in Montreal as the annual deeper conversation. Wealth advisors with multiple clients to introduce are offered a Private Gathering. Every step is a more considered, more personal version of the last.
