An intimate monthly conversation.
Eight to twelve invited guests. One topic. Three hours. On the second Tuesday of every month, the Douro Invest team hosts a private evening in Toronto for Canadian investors and advisors exploring Portuguese residential real estate.
Douro Evenings is the year-round rhythm of the Douro Invest relationship. Each Evening focuses on one topic — the Porto market, legal structures, exit economics, a live project review — opened by a fifteen-minute briefing from the speaker and followed by an hour of guided conversation.
We then move to a seated dinner with continuing conversation. There is no agenda for the dinner; the topic surfaces again only if attendees want it to. Most months, the conversation widens — toward portfolio construction, toward Canadian and Portuguese markets, toward the broader context that brought people to the room.
Attendance is by invitation. Repeat attendance is welcome and expected. The Evenings build over time — and most attendees come back.
